Sapkal Knowledge Hub, Being the premier technical and management Institute in north Maharashtra, we have pride of providing the place of education to the students with well-established infrastructure, robust educating system situated at marvelous, serene location at the base of Anjaneri Mountain on Trimbakeshwar road in Nasik district, Maharashtra It’s the prime reason to develop the facility which will cater to the prime requirement of ’The ultimate beneficiary-’ the student .

The objectives of Training & Placement are

  • 1. Engineering facility with Mechanical, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer, and Civil Engineering
  • 2. Management course with Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations and supply chain management as major specialization for MBA cources.
  • 3. Pharmacy courses for B. Pharm.and M.Pharm, at one unit and another unit with D. Pharm and B.Pharm. Course. During this Journey our engineering, management and pharmacy units are accredited By NAAC.
  • 4.We also have talent pool from intellectual and selectively chosen batch of talented ‘students- in-making’ at our sister concern institute ‘Orchid International School ‘run by Sapkal Knowledge hub under ICSE pattern of international education

Students are trained in the following areas:

Self-esteem: Pre-placement time can be quite challenging as students are not experienced in handling interviews and placement methods which break the confidence if not taken proper care.

SWOT-Analysis: to succeed in an interview one needs to have a very confident body language. During the pre-placement training, the candidate/student is made to realize their positives and focus on areas in which they are best at so that it increases their self-esteem and they learn to portray. It is done through SWOT analysis.

Motivational skills: to keep the moral up, it is very important to boost motivational skills. There are trained professionals who are experts in practicing methods and games for helping in motivating the students during Pre-placement training

Expected workplace behavior: The very first job can be both exciting as well as full of anxiety. During pre-placement training, the mentors are able to let the student get an idea about the expected workplace behavior, decorum, ethics dressing sense to ease the situation and act as an effective methodology in breaking the ice.

CV and interview skills: Most importantly, pre-placement training helps in formulating an effective CV which speaks for itself. It help in training the student for the interview process and group discussion. They would be able to provide you with important tips such as body language, do and don’t pointers.
