→ Self-esteem: Pre-placement time can be quite challenging as students are not experienced in handling interviews and placement methods which break the confidence if not taken proper care.
→ SWOT-Analysis: to succeed in an interview one needs to have a very confident body language. During the pre-placement training, the candidate/student is made to realize their positives and focus on areas in which they are best at so that it increases their self-esteem and they learn to portray. It is done through SWOT analysis.
