Orchid is serious about sports education and in house sports facilities. We have a well-equipped gymnasium, two swimming pools, squash court, table tennis, basketball, cricket, football and skating and horse-riding facilities along with rock climbing as adventure sports. We take trekking as a regular activity, because the school sits in the lap of the stunning valley surrounded by the Sahaydri hills. Dedicated sports teachers are taking care of the students during sports activities in all spheres.

Keeping in mind the value of physical endurance and stamina building, the school organizes adventure camps of 5 to 8 days duration after the end of each of our two terms, viz. in the months of October and March every year. The activities comprise of events like adventure films, archery, drill, jungle survival, map reading, military training, river crossing, shooting etc.

Without melody, there is no life. Without music, life is so still. Well, in Orchid we strongly believe that melody can create shear magic in the lives of students. The melody arising from the music room of the school appears to be in harmony with the natural green surroundings of the school. We have seasoned music faculty members with international exposure who constantly tutor and monitor the students. The music hall is well equipped with variety of musical instruments and it's a real pleasure to visit the music room to witness the heart touching experience.
